How long is a session?

Standard sessions are about 60 minutes long – 45 minutes Satsang with a 15 minute RASA at the end.

Please allow for the possibility that your first session could last longer (1-1.5hrs).

Mini follow-up and check-in sessions are 30 minutes long – 15 minutes check-in and 15 minutes RASA.

These are for people who have already had at least one standard hour long Satsang & RASA Transmission session.

Photo RASAs are done remotely using a recent photograph.

They last 15 minutes and the time/date is arranged beforehand.

How many sessions do I need?

For some people one session will take you all the way to LOC1000. This was the case for both of us, for others it can take many. Generally Ramaji has found that within a year of regularly receiving RASAs most people will reach LOC1000, and many times it's much faster than that. Of course there are no guarantees and each person has their own timing...

What are the benefits of mini RASA sessions?

The mini RASA sessions are great for people who have already had at least one 1hr full RASA session and feel they have fewer questions to ask and want to check-in but also receive the powerful benefits of a RASA Transmission.

Note: Mini sessions are offered at our discretion, talk to us if you feel these may be right for you

What are the benefits of Post-1000 RASA?

We’ve found that receiving RASA after going to LOC1000 can be extremely helpful with the integration process, particularly if you're experiencing some roughness. If you're interested in receiving a post-1000 RASA get in touch.

What are the benefits of Post-1000 Mentoring?

It's worth mentioning that mentoring is in many ways more important post-1000 than pre-1000. Acclimating to awakening can be challenging sometimes, especially when it happens rapidly, as it often does with RASA. Having someone to connect with who has experience of this process and can help you orient to it, is enormously helpful.

Does it matter where I'm located? How does it work remotely?

RASA transmission is a universal energy of Divine Light and as such is without location. There’s been great success in receiving the benefits of RASA transmission, whether it’s been in-person, through a Skype/video chat, or even remotely with a photograph. Distance is no barrier. We're generally located in the UK at the moment and so when arranging a session note that our time zone is GMT +00 (BST +01 in the summer).

What's the difference between a Global RASA, group RASA and a one-on-one RASA?

Many people ask this question... and a difficult one to answer in absolutes! But generally the one-on-one is much more focused and therefore the effects seem to be magnified. That coupled with the Satsang/Mentoring one-on-one sessions are definitely recommended if you're serious about awakening quickly.

Having said that we've had wonderful reports of people noticing strong effects from the global RASAs which are free and open to all. People have even reported benefit from having them on while doing their usual daily meditation. They can be a wonderful supporting supplement for awakening.

The group RASAs also can be a strong and focused transmission, with the added benefit of Satsang in a group which is a lively and engaging way to come together.

How can I get an LOC reading?

You would need to book a full session with either of us in order that we can give you an LOC reading/assessment.

We require having a session for checking LOCs because experience tells us that checking LOCs via photo is very unreliable and so we stopped this practice some time ago.

Do I need to do anything during the RASA?

Sit quietly, eyes closed, open & receptive and... relax, as if you were getting a massage or sunbathing on a beach. After the session/RASA we recommend taking a little time to sit quietly or meditate.

Will it hurt or be harmful?

RASA is a gentle but powerful transmission of spiritual energy that opens the crown chakra and dissolves the deep-seated I-thought. No ill effects have been reported. Some people will experience a coolness in their head, pressure or maybe even the presence of a white light, while others experience nothing during the RASA transmission.

Everyone's experience is uniquely different, but as with any spiritual energy work there is a possibility of the releasing of old traumas and built up stresses which we have often been avoided or protected by the ego/mind. So after receiving RASA for some there may be a period of adjustment (or as Ramaji calls it 'detoxing') where it can be sometimes intense or even unpleasant. Of course, as with everything, “This too shall pass”.

However people with a history of severe mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia or bipolar are not recommended to receive RASA.
If you have any questions or concerns please email us to discuss them. Also please read our Disclaimer.

Do you have a policy regarding drugs and alcohol?

There's no judgement, it's just about coming to RASA transmission with a reasonably clear head. You know your own body/mind... use your discernment about what's right for you and talk to us if you have any question about it.
Having said that, we generally recommend that there be at least 10 days or so clear of cannabis use and other drugs. As for alcohol, well out of your system for the RASA itself is a good idea.
The one thing that can be more of an issue is psychedelics. We'd say that a few months free of use is needed.

Why do you charge money for this?

Money and spirituality has long been a testy subject, particularly in the west where we don't have the same social norm of supporting spiritual activities like they have in some other cultures. We see it as an energetic exchange that shows your serious intention/earnestness, and in return you're getting our time, energy and undivided attention – and of course there's the small fact that we have to pay the bills just like everyone else! Here's a great article on the subject by Eric Putkonen (Engaged Non-duality - charging money for spiritual teachings). Our feeling is that the cost should be fairly comfortable to pay, but at the same time isn't just a throwaway amount. In the broader sense it's really a matter of what you value in life. If you don't want to pay then that's entirely your choice, there are many teachings out there, some for free, others not.

Do you give RASA together?

Yes, we do work together with students sometimes. More often than not we’ll each work one-on-one with a student but have the student meet with both of us. When our schedules allow we enjoy both being present when giving RASA, so if you're interested in having both of us present during the RASA just ask and we'll see what we can do (no promises here sorry it's just based on availability). We each have our own very different but complementary flavour of expression and style of pointing that supports the realisation and understanding of the awakened view. In many ways we are the masculine and feminine aspects balanced together and students have commented that they enjoy working with both of us because of this.

If you've got your heart set on having both of us present for a session, we ask that you pay for both of our time.

What's your RASA giver's training/certification?

Each RASA Giver needs to be fully stabilised and integrated at LOC1000 before they can be considered to become a Certified RASA™ Giver, and even so not all who apply are selected for this initiation and training. Not everyone who awakens has the natural inclination and aptitude to offer RASA. Each Certified RASA Giver has been rigorously trained by Ramaji and Ananda Devi.

Do you do group RASA?

Yes we also offer RASA Transmission for groups of 5 or more. If you have a group that would be interested in hosting either one of us or both of us together, get in touch.
